Graphic designer and Creative Director Tom Dolle explains the visual concept: “My design uses angled planes to play on the idea of screens, with icons for film, sun, and of course palm trees. The interaction, overlap, different directions, and hard angles reflect the diversity and connections that a film festival brings together. This is the 34th annual Festival, and the first time a Palm Springs designer has been chosen for the main graphic.”
